3D Country- Geese

3D Country- Geese

3D Country” – Geese

This one’s a single off the psych rock/country album of the same name by Brooklyn band Geese — and man, the energy on this thing is wild. Most albums try to ease you in, build up slowly… not this one. The second it starts with “2122,” it’s like, boom — no time to breathe, we’re going in. The lead singer, Cameron Winter, is honestly insane when it comes to vocals. The way he controls his voice, switches tones — it’s super dynamic, and it really pulls you into whatever headspace he’s in.

But let’s talk about “3D Country” — the actual track. That’s the real gem. The drums are so melodic, it almost feels like they’re singing with him. The song starts off calm, almost soothing, then gradually builds. Cameron hits these higher notes later in the track that really stand out — like, damn, okay. And those backing vocals? They completely sell that dusty, old western vibe. Super immersive. You can almost picture cowboys around a campfire or riding through the desert at sunset.

Honestly, I feel like Arthur Morgan from RDR2 would’ve had this on repeat if he had Spotify. And that just makes me love it even more.

RIP Arthur.
